Theo Wanne Mantra Tenor Mouthpiece 7*
Up for grabs- my Theo Wanne Mantra tenor 7* mouthpiece. I’ve been gigging on this one quite a bit over the last year- its an extremely well finished and designed take on a metal Berg, bright-ish but fat, with a great hair trigger responsiveness. As with all Theo kit it’s got the built in lig- plus original leather storage pouch and screwdriver. I was wanting £150 for this plus postage- with 10% to the Pete Fund There's a video review here

Yanagisawa baritone mouthpiece
Metal Yani, 7, about 7 years old but not used for the last 3. In very good condition apart from scratching of the plating where the original metal lig has slid along it. Described variously as free-blowing, fat-sounding, powerful, with great clarity. All of which I would endorse, but I play a PPT now which suits my music a bit better. Still a great piece though, and a real pleasure to play. They sell currently for upwards of £300 so grab a bargain at £175.

Selmer S80 Series II Jubilee alto
Beautiful Selmer alto, no dings or dents, no repairs, 100% lacquer. Lots of engraving. The only flaw is one scratch between the thumb hook and the sling ring. I have tried to show it in a picture but it's hardly noticeable. Played a few times but never taken out of the home. The S80 mouthpiece, ligature, cap, sling, cloth, pull-through etc. have never been used. The Selmer case is like new. Retail price is £4,000, yours for £2,900 including donation and postage. Will post within the UK if necessary.

Cannonball Gerald Albright GA5-SB
Selling my Cannonball Gerald Albright model GA5-SB. Puchaced new 2 weeks ago as a bit of an impulse buy. I was in the market for a change of Alto and there wasn’t any Cannonball dealers up here in Scotland so I bit the bullet and ordered one in. The saxophone itself is an amazing instrument, it does exactly as it describes- big, fat, warm tones with an altissimo which pops instantly . . But in my head the tone I am looking for is a more focused sound rather than the fat spread sound the Cannonball has. I would love to keep this Sax in my collection but my wife would kill me if I bought something else and this was an expensive ornament. It’s in perfect (nearly new) condition, comes with fitted Cannonball hardcase & all the case candy...

PPT 7 Soprano Mouthpiece, including ligature
For sale is my PPT Soprano mouthpiece. It is marked a 7 LAR, and was bought new from this site. It is, quite simply, the best soprano mouthpiece I've played. I am only selling it as, for various reasons, I'm not playing soprano so much these days. You can see from the pics that it is in excellent condition, and it has never been played without a patch, so there are no tooth marks whatsoever. It also comes with a good fitting leather/fabric ligature. Bargain price for this lovely mouthpiece with lig is £100, posted in the UK. Overseas postage may cost a bit on top.

2 soprano mouthpieces
1. A Runyon Quantum 5. Doesn't have the spoiler unfortunately, but sounds nice without it. A very 'clean' sound if that makes sense - this isn't a breathy mouthpiece. Clear and can cut through, but you can also play sweetly on it - I've used it for sax quartet stuff before. I'd probably hold onto it if it was a 6 or 7. The piece is made from Delrin and is pretty skinny, like a metal piece. For an extra £5 I can include a rovner ligature that fits it. 2. Beecher 6S. Ebonite. A few ligature scratches on the front, but the table and rails are fine. Only a 6, but you can get a big sound out of this and it responds well to having a lot of air pushed through it. asking for £45 each, UK shipping included. 10% to the charity. Genuine...

Mouthpiece Cafe Espresso #6 alto saxophone mouthpiece, Selmer Soloist Short Shank copy
For sale a gorgeous Mouthpiece Cafe “Espresso” #6 alto saxophone mouthpiece Saxophone Mouthpiece | GA | Mouthpiece Cafe Mouthpiece Cafe - Saxophone Mouthpieces "Mouthpiece Cafe” is a brand established by Erik Greiffenhagen and Brian Powell, aka the Mouthpiece Guys. Among the Mouthpiece Cafe catalog, for alto saxophone we have copies of a Selmer Soloist "Short Shank”, a Meyer Bros. NY and MC Gregory. The “Espresso” is an accurate reproduction of Selmer Soloist Short Shank… a precious mouthpiece which strangely became desired when Selmer discontinued it. The “Short Shank” was the stock mouthpiece the Super Balanced Action (maybe the earlier Mark VIs as well) came with… It was (and still is!) a kind of “swiss army knife”...

Conn 10m tenor sax
Vintage Conn 10m Ladyface tenor sax - original lacquer as far as I can tell, with about 60% remaining. S/N 331*** translates to ~ 1948. Completely repadded in 2016 with Pisoni Pro pads. Nice big sound - great for rock, soul and funk; but I'm moving more to alto nowadays and the Conn is not being played nearly enough. This is not the Rolled Tone Hole model, but that didn't put me off. Lots of scuffs, scratches and small dings but I cant see signs of any major straightening work. Conn case included and latches OK though not cosmetically great! Will also include a Claude Lakey 6*3 Jazz mouthpiece if you need a piece. PC me if you'd like to come to inspect and try it..

Baritone Sax
Morning! In typical fashion, the moment I finally get around to looking for a baritone saxophone, they seem to be like hen's teeth ... I'm ideally looking for something below £2k - perhaps a Trevor James? It's mainly for pit band work, and much as I'd like a Yamaha 62, I just can't afford that right now. I've tried contacting Woodwind Exchange (no reply), Trevor Jones in Bristol doesn't have any in at the moment, eBay is not coming up trumps ... I'm stumped. Anyone selling?

Curly soprano - swap?
Hi All - I'm looking for a good curly soprano. To preserve harmony within the household I think that an exchange would be better than adding yet another steed to the stable. I could offer a P Mauriat R66ul tenor (about 6 years old (worth about £1500), a T800 Yanni Elimona tenor (worth about £1700) or an A5 Yanni alto (worth about £750). Prices are guesstimates but they are all in great playing condition and the prices reflect their overall condition. The Mauriat actually looks like a beaten up vintage sax (superficially beaten up that is - no dents or bends). The Elimona is pretty much mint and I would describe the alto as well used but lacquer well over 90% and plays perfectly (in my opinion). Anyone interested in exchanging a good...
