Often cheese gets added in the "Americanizada" version, to make it easier.
We often forget how tasty the real thing is.
Even the bumblebee on Siboney...
 
Earlier posts on the cafe introduced me to Beth Hart's wonderful version of "I would rather go blind".

Now you are overly pessimistic.
Since I do not own a thermometer, I have no fever.
I also have no voice, but I can use the board or the saxophone.

In my defence, the first two do contain a sax and the Banshees used to use a sax in the early days. o_O
