Often cheese gets added in the "Americanizada" version, to make it easier.
We often forget how tasty the real thing is.
Even the bumblebee on Siboney...

Now you are overly pessimistic.
Since I do not own a thermometer, I have no fever.
I also have no voice, but I can use the board or the saxaphone.
