I'd never heard this song before but I really like it. My immediate reaction was 'Wow, I'm sure this song would appeal to my Big Band and especially to our vocalist! I'd started to send an enthusiastic WhatsApp to our vocalist but pulled up short of sending it.

Simply because (on YouTube)
- I could find plenty of great 'vocal recordings' with a 'minimal backing' (Piano, trio, quartet)
- I could find plenty of 'Big Band' recordings but only with instrumentalists substituting for vocalists
- I haven't - as yet - found any Big Band recordings with a vocalist

Personally, I would love to hear our vocalist sing a 'solo version' with some backing from our rhythm section. But should anyone come across a 'Big Band + vocals' version, I'd be glad to here about it,

Nice to hear you play! One thing I noticed is that sometimes you seem to get pushed a little ahead of the beat, which can be quite easy to do with a slow ballad, but sounds a little odd to me (might just be my ears of course)! So I’d just really try to think about the time and being nice and relaxed. But a very enjoyable listen!

No if I recall they are open to the public. @mrblackbat will confirm but I think they are in Mellor.
