Very nice! The intro is tight, the melody played with reserve and feeling.
A story is being told from the first solo verse. Great use of silence, Miles would be pleased! The development of density (number of notes, speed) is logical. At the end of the solo verses, I'd suggest mixing the backing horns down a tad, they seem to cover those flights of soprano fancy. A very good effort, thanks for posting it!
