Been trialing the Roland Micro Cube as a busking and practise amp.

Seems to fit the bill apart from the volume when going through the auxillary input (I intend to play either with an ipod with a earphone jack 3.5mm or a laptop,or a portable CD player with playalongs or even a digitec Jamman) For Busking I don't need any Sax amplification, I've been told that the aux volume can be boosted with an impedance fitting (maybe I should go for the 60w version?)...does anyone know if this will work....any advice on this matter....

Cheers

ohms law says if you get the 60W you will need to earn a lot to pay for the batteries it will eat up. why not just use a stereo to mono mini jack converter and plug straight into main input..also think about a AC/DC converter so you could use a motorc cycle battery and charge it up each night..should last all day.

Thanks for the reply MFOX....hmmm more research needed, good idea about going direct into the main output, this would fix the volume and allow all the effects to also be used. Not sure if could last all day playing in the street 2-3 hours max would be good. Ta for the input

Cheers & Ciao
