Stamped ‘depose’ but the serial no and features point towards it being a Series 9. Great professional quality instrument; never cracked or pinned; matching serial numbers on body joints; very good pads.

My Lakey 6*3. A nicely lively alto piece that I've been playing on of recent. I picked this one for having a good finish and balance of edge and depth. Quite a bit of oomph without being an all out screamer. A fun piece to play but I'm so 'as one with' my trusty Meyer that I'm sticking with that

Case is for 12 x 19" effects units. 15" deep. All catches work. Slight gap at the top back as you can see in the photo, I'm sure it can be fixed. It is folded, bot sure if it is fibreglass or what.

A friend of mine recently passed away and has left these two Saxophones behind which her husband would like to sell. They were both purchased by her in the last few years and were both fully serviced. The tenor was found in a shop in Czechoslovakia by her husband who brought it back as a present. Not really sure what they are worth but I think they both owe them close to £1000 each. Anyway, I said I’d post here to ask what they are worth but thought I may as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone and post them for sale for him at the same time.

Hey everyone! I'm looking to see if anyone has a Pillinger SL Mouthpiece for alto (tip opening wise, probably looking at a 6-7 which i believe is an E in Selmer facings) on the forum that they might be willing to trade with me? I have quite a few different alto pieces that I could trade + any financial differences in the mouthpieces too. Various bits as follows: Francois Louis Ultimate XL Sop Brass Ligature. Fits a metal tenor Florida Link, which is what I’ve used it for. Boxed and immaculate. £45 Rovner Dark 3ML NY Tenor Ligature. Boxed and immaculate. £20 Rovner Light Baritone Ligature (can’t make out the exact model). Fits most ebonite bari pieces. £20 SOLD BG Harnesses: both to fit an adult male and can be used on alto, tenor and bari. These go over both shoulders and fasten around the torso. I have one with padding across the shoulders (overkill for all but a low a bari or a bass in my opinion), and one without. The padded version has a metal clip and the unpadded is plastic. £25 and £20 respectively.

I am enjoying playing an old Buffet Crampon tenor mouthpiece that is the type supplied with their Super Dynaction and S1 saxes. I have a similar one for alto that is also good. They have the Buffet Crampon logo on top, with FRANCE and C stamped beside the table and two lines on the shank.
