for sale - a rare beast, the Phil-tone Isotope. This has been discontinued for a while, it was a collaboration between Phil-tone and Theo Wanne -beautifully made piece as you'd expect. Comes with the original wooden box. Big step baffle so unsurprisingly leans towards the bright side with a clean, modern sound, but I found it to be capable of a bit more warmth and versatility than a guardala for example. Always used with a patch, I've removed this to give it a clean up for selling and you can see on the photos there's a bit of a colour difference on the beak where the patch has been stuck on. For Sale Theo Wanne Mindi Abair 9 alto mouthpiece. In reasonable condition, it has been well played, always with a patch, and has a fair degree of plating wear as shown in the photos. It does however seal well and plays great with huge power and projection. This 9 tip is one of only 5 produced in this model, so is a rare beast Comes with the TW ligature (but no ligature adjustment tool which can be purchased from Sax UK), and a Rovner Versa X ligature which fits very snuggly, and I think suits the mouthpiece better. £325 plus UK postage

I bought this as an experiment a couple of months ago, but- alas - it's slightly wider than I'm comfortable with these days ( feels like it's about 110). It's a cracking piece and also looked great on my unlacquered tenor. These pieces were cloned from Jeff Coffin's Freddie Gregory mouthpiece and are a really good balance of responsiveness and power. Comes with a Rovner platinum copy and plastic cap.

Refaced from a 6 to a 6* By the great Ed Pillinger. It is signed on the table but probably difficult to see. A little work up to the tip, as good as the piece can be, seals perfectly, no stuffiness, just a dark lush tone that the NY is renowned for. I was going to keep it for recording and slower gigs but in all honestly I don't gig so it is a waste. Grab a bargain Ligature and box complete with mouthpiece ( I preferred a rovner platinum lig, with legere reeds)

This is an excellent playing Berg Stainless Scoop Bill Vintage Tenor mouthpiece, 100/2/Offset SMS with the straight drop baffle. It's in superb condition considering that it was made sometime in the 1970s as the side to side mill marks visible on the table indicate. The table is flat and unmarked except for some minor water corrosion that is purely cosmetic and does not effect it's performance. The tip and side rails are all perfect and the bite plate has no tooth marks because it has always been played with a patch. It comes with its original ligature and cap both also in pristine condition. I have looked on eBay, Reverb and many sax shops and most Bergs like this are going for well upwards of 300 dollars/euros. [EDIT: old thread but just moved to Yardsale as I am selling all my stuff ready to downsize houses.] Reluctantly selling the Joe Walton adjustable mouthpiece. It has a lovely tone (almost as nice as a PPT. I don't get the different baffles to sound very different, I've kind of got used to getting a certain sound. I have made a short video to demonstrate how the same mouthpiece sounds with five different baffles. Yes, it's the famous (not really) Walton adjustable Mouthpiece system. Five baffles screw in (and out ). They range from low baffle to very high. This video is a bit of a rough draft as I cannot play to the best of my ability at the moment, just doing with the first phrase of that tune we all know and love Take Five...

Vintage Selmer Super Session HR Alto Sax Mouthpiece E -- Excellent Condition The Alto and Tenor models of the excellent Super Sessions were discontinued by Selmer in 2012-13 as a ploy for the marketing of a newer model mouthpiece. NOS ones were available for awhile but now and are no longer available anywhere despite being a great mouthpiece for legit and jazz playing. This one in excellent condition with the table, tip, and rails all pristine. The only wear is one tiny tooth scratch on the beak and the change in the color of a small part of the shank due to the typical oxidation of Hard Rubber. This is a beautiful rich sounding mpc perfect for jazz and ballads. Comes with the original Selmer ligature and cap.

Dear All, this is a very nice example of a classical D'addario mouthpiece. Since moving and downsizing is the priority I am offering it up basically as new. For sale are: Vandoren V16 T6M medium chamber hard rubber tenor mouthpiece - 79 EUR Very good condition. There's a slight discoloration at the shank as well as on the gold ring. Vandoren V16 T5L large chamber metal tenor mouthpiece - 189 EUR Very good condition. There's some plating loss around the table edges. On the baffle, a machining mark can be seen, but not felt under the finger. The piece has had only a few hours of playtime.
