Misc recording Summertime (Sax Sextet)

Video from this evening's concert, with part of our sax section performing Summertime... In Autumn.

A nice arrangement, with Alto & Bari solos, and the Tenors taking charge of the beat whilst the Bari takes their solo, plenty to keep us all amused.

I was on Bari, happy with my solo (really enjoyed it) I'm pleased that I kept some resemblance of timing as it's something I struggle with moreso when soloing.

Went a bit hard at the start, but our first piece 'puttin on the ritz' had a slight hiccup and I wanted to lay down the beat from the off.

Yes, no idea where he came from... But do remember seeing him, and noticing the ear defenders. I didn't think we were too bad 🤣
