Lately I see on the outside of saxophone cases that there is a bag to put your sheet music, like in following picture.

Does anyone know where to find such bags separately, so I can glue it onto my baritone saxophone case ?

Edit: I just realized I posted this in the wrong section, I think it should be in the saxophone & accessories section, but I don't know how to move it there.

I have one of these, a Tom and Will Music Case that would probably fit the bill:

Since many of my books are 3+ inches thick, those pouches on the outside are pretty useless to me. I second just using an old laptop bag. But 13 inches diagonal by 1 inch thick may be too small. I also wouldn't trust glue.

What kind of bag or case do you have.? Why not contact the manufacturer and see if they have accessories.
Maybe send these people a email and see what their response is.

I have the original Yanagisawa case, it would be nice if I could find a way to fix some kind of bag on top of it, so I don't have to carry my sheet music separately.

Laptop bag would be one of the best ideas. Especially if you have plenty of books to lug around. Glue might work but as far as it longevity to hold-up is in question

That pocket isn't

That pocket isn't big enough to hold sheet music.

If I were to do this, I would use heavy duty velcro instead of glue to attach the outer music carrier.
How would you attach the other side of the Velcro to a smooth vinyl case since it can’t be sewn on?

On my cases that do have a pouch big enough for music, the added weight and having the balance thrown off makes the case much more difficult to carry. You’d be much better off carrying separately.

Velcro is available with adhesive backing. Although I’m not sure how it will stick on fabric. The other side.

So were back to trusting glue, which I don't. My book is easily 5 lbs. There's no way that stick-on velcro would hold, not to mention the 140 deg F heat it would have to endure in my car in the summer. I'm sticking with my laptop bag, and still recommend the OP does as well.

I guess when I put this bag in the middle of the case, instead of on one side like you see lots of cases, the balance will not be disturbed I think.

The heavy duty velcro seems a good idea, I did not think of that, thanks.
I have seen heavy things fixed well with heavy duty velcro in industry, the difficulty will be in finding good heavy quality I think.

I thought about glue, because a friend of mine works in a chemical company that makes/sells all kinds of professional industrial grade glues, and I think he will be able to get me a sample of a strong glue that will be good for this kind of materials

Honestly I cringe at the thought of you sticking something on that beautiful case. I don’t see any long-term durability. The exterior fabric on that case is not engineered to hold weight. It will most likely rip and fall off. As a potential fix get a bag you can just bungee cord around the case.
If this were me I would get a in expensive book bag/backpack and be done with it.

Since your case doesn’t have wheels I would get a luggage cart and bungee cords for saxophone case and a book bag. That is an alternative to a backpack and carrying the instrument.
Gluing to the case not likely to last.

I have BAM cases with a side pocket and they work very well and don't throw off the weight distribution although I don't carry the amount of paper that some seem to. I guess a new one of those for a bari is going to be too expensive although glueing a bag onto another probably isn't going to work so well and will end up ruining the case you have; then you can buy a BAM Trekker. I expect that you already have a separate sheet music bag and are unhappy with it but I'd stick with that short of buying a new case.

wheels & backpack combo
G’day, This item should solve the problem in a crunch
"Crunch" is right. One little bump or drop and it's all over. I'd never in a million years put my horn in a soft gig bag like this one.
