Walstein, Hanson or which tenor?

Very interesting...

I find the instrument descriptions on the John Packer site, very opinionated. I would like to see a more detail description of the actual equipment. Also better photos is a requirement , for a company that sells on line. Oh...drop the black buttons!

If the Walstein is as you say better than the
YTS62, then it is a mighty good horn.

Koumou, how will you tell which saxophone is for you unless you play them and form your own opinions?

I have arrived at an SR tech pro, rico RTS2LN ligature, Rico Royal 2.5 reeds, Yanagisawa 65 neck and John Packer Blues 142 tenor saxophone body by play testing combinations. It's a joy to play it.

I don't have any affiliation to music shops.

These things are totally subjective. I would not say better, but definitely comparable. And I like the 62 a lot.
