okay after a few days of getting the springs set right, life is good. I still need to get used to how this monster alto plays, but I have faith it will get better with practice. So I made this video this morning and it's helping me to feel better about getting this horn... it feels boppy and is a joy to play but requires good, stable air support to get things moving. I love the action, blah blah blah you get the idea, I like this horn. Also I delacquered the bell hee hee..

oops forgot the link... ok well, I believe my type of improv is saxophone rap and it's a gift that Louis Jordan taught me.

a little rough at times I hope you can bare with it, there are some good parts (imo.)

it is hard to practice the horn has a big, loud sound when I play out. so I need a big space where there are no neighbors... but this is more the sound I am looking for than I was ever getting before.

blah blah blah

ok, here's the link:
