Hey all,

A friend of mine is away on holiday for a couple of weeks and I'm babysitting his baritone sax :)

I have a few ideas I'm working on, but I'd thought it would be wise to get acustom to the bari. So I recorded one of my favourite blues tracks: St. James Infirmary!

its only my second afternoon playing on the bari so a few rough patches could be noticed.. I had some trouble with finger placement at times..

hope you enjoy!

Something about the sound of a Bari and this tune seem to work very well together Koen, nice one..

Chris..

Oh I like very much the bari. You sound real dirty in a very good way! (I love the Harry Connick version of this with Lucien Barbarin on trombone)

Thank you for the compliments! I'll start saving up for a Bari then ;-)

by the way, this was recorded with a Selmer SA80II and a Metalite M5 and a 3.5 Legere reed
