Played this with my tutor tonight, he said I did really well and it's the first time he has felt I have known where I am in the music all the way through.....

The difference between a good player and a bad player is that the good player practices the piece sufficiently many times to play it well.

I'm glad Nick posted here today because listening back and re reading the comments I have acknowledged to myself how far I have come, from no musical experience to being able to read a piece and play it. It has inspired me to carry on and knuckle down to some pieces I've been struggling with 🙂

Lovely tone on both pieces, you must have put a lot or work into developing your sound. And very neat trills. Sooner or later you’ll find the timing has become second nature and wonder what the problem was.
