Well I liked the tune Chris!

I checked the tune, and found that it is not in any real or fake books, but is in the Aebersold playalong volume 87.

There doesn't seem to many versions either, except for Stan Getz. And it I think it's fairly difficult to navigate the changes. Maybe I'll check Spotify to see if there are many other versions.

Hey Chris, this (To be honest) is the 1st time i heard you (or anyone else, too busy in my own little world) for a while and all i can say I can hear a huge improvement in your playing, approach, confidence and in particular your tone has more depth.....WOW i say sir!
I hear a totally different player to that of only a few months ago, great tone.

Hi Rob, I think the song is by Benny Carter. 'Stan Getz' played it on his last album with 'Kenny Barron'. There is a version of it with 'Phil Woods' on youtube. But very little else. I found it by accident while following a link to something else.

Sue, glad I could introduce you to a new tune, It was to me when I found it, thanks for the comments.

Ian, nothing wrong with being busy, far better than doing nothing and better for the pocket. I've just been playing the sax, nothing special, just tunes. Glad you can hear improvements in certain areas though, I must be doing something right.
