Hi again. Whilst hacking my face to bits,on a blunt bic; i mused. Nice word muse. Anyhow; did Keilwerth recently do a " brass tacks " tenor. Kinda an extreme " no laquer, bits of solder "? Or are my musings indeed just imagination?

Yes bud kielworth did an unlacquered tenor with nasty vintage looking nickel keys.

Did you go to Frankfurt, Griff ? If so, maybe you have some inside information on Pete's new tenor ?

Or is this some kind of trick - maybe it is a tenor ukulele ?

Hi Griff. Thanks. Yeah, as the others you can get Keilwerth here. I have spent most of the day looking for a new Berg. Metal scoop. Been havin a real think about what i do and do not want or need. I have my h.r. Berg next to me. A day on both is
kinda nice. Anyway. I am sticking with my original choice. End of. When do we find out P?

No doubt: it's a Weltklang.

All will be revealed when I get back from the frankfurt musikmesse.

It's better than my conn 10m and Martin (combined)

Any guesses?

I'm guessing European in origin, but I don't think it's German.

Could it be made out of "bell" brass? I can't think why I might have thought that...

Hi. I didnt look at the first clue. I wanna try workin it out. Steve Crow. Incredible man, but why Germany? No way Pete is gettin shut of his 10m?? Surely not. In my opinion a 10m is the classic tenorsax sound. Ergo, a new sound concept. Have you had this on order for a time P? Is it a custom job? A hybrid? stick. Rationale.
