A saxophone learner is a distinct step from a saxophone mucker-arounder. I'm trying to be a saxophone learner but have tendencies to fall back into mucking around.

I second (or third) that, there's always something else to learn, and that applies to everything else as well as saxophone playing, which is what makes life the precious gift that it is.
