Tech/maintenance Low B not completely closing with Bb

It's got a neet "close Bell C# when closing bell B" mechanism which needed a little adjustment.
The left hand Pinky table is very rollable - but here's a false spot where the C# glitches when closing Bb.

It may well be. But either it's not working or I don't get it.
If I touch the Bb, B or C# keys cleanly it's fine and the widget does nothing.
If I touch the linkage bar on the pinky table - a nice big target for low Bb - the C# opens a little before being closed by the widget. Which is no good.
I can't see how to fix that. It's got an adjustment screw but any lower and it'd hold the B key open.
Maybe it needs a tec thread when I can take some pictures.

Well, seems this key can do altisimo F as well as a much nicer F#... With some convenient fingering... Seems to "tune" altisimo, somehow

First impressions;

Just to add to the list
- the side Bb->C key was a bit stuffy - luckily it has an adjustment screw and I could open it a half turn. It's now pretty close to the real C.
Always nice to have a screw when you need it. Saves cork polishing

I found the small rod through one roller proud and screwed it in.

... And I found that the long screw through the Bb pinky table roller was makeing another leap for freedom!
Maybe I hadn't screwed it in tight enough - I'm not inclined to tightening teeny, tiny sax screws more than absolutely necessary.
Still tightened it more and ensured it doesn't move with the roller. Will keep an eye on it.

I suggest you remove the roller to see if there is rust on the rod. Clean it up and lube prior to reassembly (the lube also helps subdue rattling). If it still backs out of its own volition, remove the screw to clean its threads and give it a drip of reworkable thread lock (not permanent).
