Does anyone publish this man's music outside of band arrangements. I'd just like to try a few of the melodies, so something like a playalong - or even just a fake book - would do.

Failing which, is there any way I could get it from a recording into something like Sibelius?

Surprising there are no playalongs on the market, because many of his melodies are quite well-known and very playable on sax.

Right, the dude who wrote 'Blue Tango' and 'Sleigh Ride'.
Well, here's a playalong for sax that has 'Sleigh Ride'... in fact I remember a big band arrangement of this tune back in high school with a sax soli that was alot of fun to play uptempo.

That's one book I already have. However, I don't want to be playing Xmas music all year.

I think the piano/transpose idea's going to have to do for now.
