experimental improv...

i just recorded a rather long and experimental piano improv that is partly jazz but not entirely... it's pretty weird but i really like it; slow then fast, jazzy then avant-garde, and of course always trying to keep if fairly virtuosic 🙂 it's quite unfocused, music with ADD i guess, but i guess that's what "improv" means.. i'd love feedback because most of my friends don't understand this kind of music.

thank you melissa for listening. i am actually going to post on my site the same long improv, but broken apart so the slow jazzy part will be one mp3 and the fast impressionistic flutterings a separate one; they really are quite different and i really like the last 3 minutes or so.

Andrew, I love the improv 48 clarinet, it's really good. They are all good but that one is my favorite.
