I did like it, I think I still do in moderation, but tbh, it's a bit samey after a while. A bit like Noddy Holder's singing say, after a while you just want to hear him do something else.

What would you like to hear him do instead?

Difficult question and I probably worded my original point badly. I guess I was just saying that although I like Ferriera, I feel other players such as Getz and Rollings have more variety. In the same way that singers like Gillan and Plant have more variety than Noddy Holder.

Some musicians or singers are like that, you like them in small doses and they have a very signature style.... Which is fine because there's plenty of variety to listen to. I can't stomach Elton's John but I can enjoy Crocodile Rock. I don't like Noddy Holder at all and can only think of one Status Quo song but it gets played endlessly at Christmas and that's perhaps why I can't stand it. I'm a huge fan of John Lennon but I cannot listen to "So this is Christmas" because every Christmas is saturated with it.
I like Fererria's sound... But I don't like that sound or style exclusively. I like all manner of different ways of playing. It suits the Christmas song he's playing, definitely.

I refer the honourable lady to the answer I gave earlier...oops it was on another thread. sadly for the next 8 hours or so, I'm saxless 🙁 (yes, I checked auto-correct didn't interfere) 🙂
I'm currently filling my time watching 'luckiest person alive' vids...proof that Darwin doesn't always work.
