One last go, as some of you know, I purchased the Windcraft that had been donated to this site, it arrived today. I was busy most of today, but just got back and gave it a try and here's the result.

The Windcraft is basically a Link copy, I heard they use the same blanks, but who knows, it's a similar 'no baffle' concept mouthpiece, although the sound does have some 'bite' to it, looking at the shape, I suspect that's due to the sidewalls, which are quite concave rather than straight. The rails are way too wide which I think is adding some stuffiness to the sound, I'll take a file to them later and put a chamfer on, that should cure that.
Be interesting to compare it with my teachers Florida on Sat, once I've seen that, then I suspect I might do something with the side walls, they just look 'wrong' to me. Overall the sound isn't bad, doesn't have the projection of my Berg but not bad. The tip is a bit lower than my Berg, that's a 105, I'd estimate this to be perhaps a 95 or so (not sure about 'link language'...is that like a 5* or a 6?).
I doubt it will become my 'main' mouthpiece tbh, I just don't reeli like the feel of HR mouthpices in my mouth. I guess it's what you're used to, what you start off with, but they feel slightly soft to me, like eating a marshmallow, and they're always bigger than metal mouthpieces. But interesting to try nonetheless.
