Beginners course at Knuston Hall

hello there
I am just wondering if anyone else going to the saxophone course for beginers at Knuston Hall in Northants in April? It looked a great chance to have some intense learning and practise playing with other people. I am going and I hope to meet some of you there!

Helen you will love it. It is run by 2 very good friends of mine Sarah and Debbie with Don Ashton on hand too. It is the first time they have run a beginners course there.

I go on the February course (Saxophone Week) and have been a couple of times in August. Moz from this site was there in August and I believe he enjoyed it.

There is not a great deal of jazz - Debbie & Sarah are more classical players but there is usually an opportunity to play in all styles.

Knuston is a great place and the food is excellent! Nice little bar too. I will tell Debbie to look out for you 🙂 Have a great time.

Thats a mile away from my house, I might look into that. I play mostly classical anyway so might be good.

see you there maybe - I live quite close too so I am driving in each day - leaving the rest of teh group to prop up the bar at night!
