Just got to get my head around all this AABC... Stuff and then see where I go from there 🙂

I shoudn't worry about that too much its just a desciption of how the tune repeats and its written as per in the dots so forget about it, good luck its very nice to play....john

For a lovely pastoral piece like this I thought the soprano would do. Alas, as you will clearly hear, my cheap good for... uhh, very little soprano is not quite in tune. But why care, I'm not much in tune me neither. Anyway, with lots (and lots) of reverb it's amost passable:

@ Rune. Cheers for posting this mate and welcome back. For what it`s worth I easily prefer your version to the original and I thought your tuning to be Ok. especially for sop.

@ Chris. Yet more signs that you are improving slow but sure. Lot`s more grace notes and wee dynamic touches. I`m afraid there is never an easy road. Even the stupendously gifted have to play to get better so we either Keep at it or Give up and all kinds of existential stuff LOL

I`m short of "daylight playing time" for sure this month, so i`ll just post when i get the chance to learn it .

That's great. A bit to soon or slow here and there, but you get your timing back on track in every bar. Well done. Just keep at it and you'll get the crotchet and quaver thingies sorted out too.
