Useful little sax program

Don't know if the following is old hat or of interest to anyone, but I came across a little program called Sax Tutor. I realise everyone learns differently, but I am finding it very useful for practicing scales and finding the fingering.

Consists of:-
Animated display for fingering the Major, minor, harmonic, melodic, blues, chromatic, pentatonic scales with MIDI output of the notes

Transposition for Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Baritone with piano/keyboard reference.

It's a functional download, registering (8.53 euro plus tax) allows the printing of various natty finger charts and some other options I haven't checked out yet.

No problem at all, I'll just have to do a better one

It looks quite cool, but i can't try it as I don't have a Windows computer.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat, I've got a Windows computer, but rarely use it since I have a Mac. I'll have to boot her up at some point and try it out.

I consider it worth a check... if you can.

I'd also be interested to know if it's accurate, if/when someone does have a look.

Personally never had a Mac, what's this new tv add about showing intel chips in the Mac... are they getting closer/compatible!!??

i cant see them ever being compatable,, mac systems will never be able to crash or lock up with the speed and efficiency of windows.

and thanks for that little program ken, im going to have a play i think.

my sister uses mac, she laughs at my poor windows.

Your probably right Aquatic, I've never had a Mac.

Thought I read somewhere recently that Apple are going to do a virtual Windows type thing. Just looked, here it is...
