I would just like to thank simon@jazzwise for the quick arrival of the blues riffs book I ordered on Thursday at 4pm. It arrived today Sat. I have been looking for something like this for a while (see my other thread). I can recommend this book for anybody who likes this type of music. For all those people who haven't looked at his site should do, he has some excellent stuff on there. No I don't get a percentage from him 😉 I just like to give credit when you receive excellent service.

PS Roger - I don't disagree with you about a entire brand of sax (in this case Hansons)... just that from my experience as a teacher there are definitely factors to watch out for when beginners chose a sax to start on, cos a poor quality horn can really hold up the students progress. Whether this includes a Hanson / Selmer / Yanagisawa doesn't really bother me... I don't play any of these 😉
