and people produce robotic soulless but correct tracks....

And sound engineers gain profit by "correcting" otherwise "wrong" sound sources....

Don't let me get started on dynamics manipulation with those 1 button miracle "mastering" tools that do heavy compression/limiting .....

In the classical world, the issues are less around that than with editing to produce 'perfect' performances by stitching bits together. The end result in many cases may be technically good performances, but they somehow can lack musicality. The big bugbear I have is modern soloists have frighteningly good technique and produce dazzling pyrotechnics with no soul
