Creep is a debut single by Radiohead and released on 21 September 1992. It is typically played in the key of (concert) G. It has a very simple chord progression, going from G, B, C to Cm in 8 bars, and then repeating that pattern throughout the entire song.
In this OneDrive link here, you will find the sheet music for the song suitable for B♭ and E♭ instruments, as well as a standard concert pitch version. They're a simplified version of the melody which should make this very accessible even for beginners.
One thing to note, though, is that the E♭ version does hit a single altissimo G# note during the bridge. However, that entire section can be played an octave lower to avoid the altissimo range, if that makes it more comfortable to play.
The B♭ version does not go into the altissimo range, but I have seen some official versions of the score that are written an octave higher. If you choose to play it that way, be aware that the bridge section will go into the altissimo range.
