Lady who comes to band, plays flute, brings her young daughter and daughter's friend.

Not there tonight. Died earlier this week, brain haemorrhage.



Everyone remember to live your dream early, may be your only chance.

Yes, I didn't know her beyond laughing together when the band got it wrong/right or odd. Never had a conversation. But her empty chair, and her daughter's, somehow hit me a bit. Sorry if the anecdote brought anyone down a bit.

How sad... life is so random, this kind of thing makes you think it could be anyone at any time. Taz has got it right, you never know when your number's up do you? You can only hope the family can pull together and support each other...

Always sad when you hear stories like this, but when you are personally involved, it makes it harder to bear.

A friend of ours, a healthy Tai Chi teacher, died in his sleep in his early 50's, a few months ago and I still think about it often, I also had one of me old football mates die of brain cancer (really quick)....... so as the heading of this post says " Some days are not good"

Make every day full of joy and love and live life to the max, cause one never knows when your last day will be.
