Shift a pearl on a E key

Hello 🙂
Do you think it's possible to shift (move) a pearl on a key to increase ergonomics? I think about this because I plan to buy a SMS curved sop which have a strange E key disposition. I will have a Yani-style right hand design. So is it possible? Is it Hard? Do professionnals can make that?

Anything is possible,

to move the pearl cup will involve de-soldering the pearl cup and soldering the cup in a more suitable position.

you will probably have to replace the pearl (theyre not mother of pearl but plastic on those models so theyre inexpensive)

you will definately need to replace the pad on that key.

You will more than likely have some lacquer burn but this can be cleaned off and re lacquered.

the old solder marks from the original position of the cup will need to be removed also

All in all under a couple of hours work.

so at my rates that would be around ?30- ?40.
