Service/Check up??

Hi,

I recently have been picking up my saxophone again.. Now i've had this for a fair few years (15+) it is a Dixon (alltho i havent been able to find any info on the web about them) and use a Conn Precision mouthpiece..

Now since it has probably been in its case for the last 4 years with only occasional 15 minutes play (busy life and all) I think it will need a little bit of a service to check pads and all..

Can anyone give me a indication of what i should do to get it checked out and how much it will cost. Or if anyone knows a good place in Manchester area.. Please let me know.

Johnny Roadhouse in Oxford Road (?) may be able to help, I've seen them mentioned a few times in the forums. I'm from darn sarf, maybe someone nearer to Manchester, and there's plenty in here, can be more specific.
