Beginner Saxes Saxophone appraisal

I gave up on the tenor idea, I can't find any quality ones here.

Instead I decided to rummage through a national site and found this Yamaha Yas 280 (slightly used) gem here:

My question: Is this piece original? It sounds too good to be true. Only 800 euros.

Sax might be genuine, whether the seller is genuine is another question.

It's really not possible to tell from those tiny pictures. 800 Euros sounds about right, depending on values in your local market.

If it is a genuine Yamaha YAS280, it will be a far better sax than a Bundy.

It may be so, but it's an alto.

Saxophone FS - Bauhaus Walstein Tenor, lacquered brass

Cosmetically very good, plays top to bottom, in good order generally though there's a "clank" somewhere suggesting a cork or felt has dropped off or gone hard. The zip-up case is on its last legs, one hinge is detached and there's just the one zip runner left to fasten it with! Mouthpiece and...

Thank you, but I'm from eastern europe. This piece isn't shippable. Truly a shame.
