Dear Prof James,
I think you ask me about special saxophone shops in Moscow region. This is a very sensitive issue for Moscow saxophone players, because we have only one. But we have the musical instruments store which has saxophone department with reeds, mouthpieces and few saxophones.
Special saxophone shop is called "Mariachi".

Interesting that it appears the "Mariachi" range of horns is made by P. Mauriat. Also how well do the Roy Benson horns sell?

I don't know how well is Roy Benson horn sell, but I know that in Russia such horns usually buy for beginners and musicians of school bands.
As for P. Mauriat horns. I know that James Carter visited Mariachi in 2012 with presentation of this brand. And everybody now can see bari sax with his signature.

I thought saxophones in Russia would be very expensive...

but saxophones in Russia are cheaper than in NZ - now I realize how much we get ripped off in this country...Aotearoa - land of the long white cloud - no, land of the big rip off...🙁
