Strange to say but my partners son dropped by the other day with a copy of Rebbecca Scott,s book about Ronnie.. Excweptionally well written and a joy to read. The first jazz record (remember them?) I bought was the Jazz Couriers with Ronnie and Tubby Hayes.. Great ambassadors for british Jazz and very underrated even today.....
