Thank you John! What also helps is that I can now reach the "pinky table" properly! New saxophones normally have the table in an awkward position where the Martin's are designed to assist playing.

Been watchint the thread and hoping for a happy outcome, it sounds terriffic, ill be hoping to contact him for my next job although the shipping from Ireland and back might make it expensive. Still, a great find and thanks for sharing it with us

Just waiting for a 1928 Martin Handcraft to be delivered so that I can send it to Geoff for a re-pad and overhaul. I am sure there are other guys out there that can do a similar job at a similar price. Just a question of finding them! Delivery may inhibit your use of Geoff but just drop him an email or call him.
