We apologise for the closure today. We are now back online however it was necessary to roll back the database to an earlier time so some of today's posts have been lost. This may or may not be temporary but we'll keep you informed of our progrsss in resolving this.

Mouthpieces Problem returning Berg mouthpiece to Berg Larsen

Cryo treated stainless braonze, will keep your balls from falling and rolling on the teak deck.
It's a modern jock monkey. 🎶🏴‍☠️🎶
Was the testing done with traditional iron balls ? I need to know. This so I don’t attempt to launch a package and have a misfire event. With balls loose or misplaced proper location delivery can be lost.
Small information details matter😉

Oy vey!

The guy bought a "scratch and dent" piece. When he received it, amazingly enough, this factory second scratch-and-dent piece did in fact have cosmetic defects. Then he sat round on his duff for something approaching a YEAR (didn't even play the thing, I guess his hissy over the scratches present on the factory second item kept him from ever actually trying it), then botched the return to the company, and now this tale of woe has infected not one but TWO online forums?

Sheesh!

(there, I've covered both the Jewish and Christian expressions of exasperation!)

The situation when a courier notes an item as delivered, but the recipient has no record of the item arriving is very difficult to resolve. Someone would have to take a loss.
When sending stuff via postal services, your options can vary.

  • Some offer tracked and signed
  • Some offer tracked only

If there is an option I generally send tracked without signature, I was advosed this is often easier as it can be left in a "safe place" if the recipient is. I would do that with books but never a mouthpiece - I am surprised no signature was asked for in this case because then it would be less of a "you received it" - "no I didn't" scenario,.

I see a conflict in this information above.
Did it deliver on Sunday the 16th at 11:02 or Monday the 17th at 11:02 ??
It states both !!
Not sure how you can deliver on Sunday 16th. Then process and deliver again on Monday 17th.
As @Jeanette suggested above, this is because of time zone mismatch between Pacific and Belgium time zones. Setting the time zone of device to Belgium (GMT +01:00), the delivery time becomes shown as 11:02, Monday August 17, 2026:
