I’m guessing a student model (because of the ribs) japanese (because of the flower) sax made in the late 60s early 70s ( because if the keys and the low notes on the rhs) that’s been relacquered at least twice.
 
It is most likely Italian. An Afredo Santoni made horn for the company Ditta Giglio ( Little Lilly - hence the flower logo on the bell to body brace)

I was thinking the same. The horn in the original poster's photographs looks extremely similar to horns stencilled "Couesnon" after Couesnon stopped manufacturing saxophones.
