In that regard, I’m glad I’m using the same tutor that took me through grade 6.
We have used Stylistic Harmony by Anna Butterworth - she analyses the Bach Chorales quite thoroughly.
I didn't have a tutor for G6... My sax teacher is doing 7 with me though. I'm fortunate that I did the old OU A214 course, so at least I know what's involved with things like harmonising Bach chorales (and I've sung a fair few).

I missed that J. Congratulations! That's 1% better than I did but I claim the excuse of age. Doesn't matter if you forget some of it. You might well find that your MD will be explaining something at a rehearsal and you will catch on just a bit quicker than some others in the band because you've done the theory. Always useful!
