Gigs Melos Saxophone Quartet - Hoxton, London

Hello all,

It's been a very long while since I have been active on here but I thought I'd let everyone know that my sax quartet will be performing an exciting programme at 19:00 on the 11th July at St Anne's Church, Hoxton (about a 20 minute walk from Old Street Station, or 10 minutes from Hoxton Overground).

We'll be performing a varied programme including Dvorak, Bozza, Takuma Itoh, Clare Loveday and a beautiful new work written for us by the astounding Christian Forshaw called Milton Road.

The Melos Saxophone Quartet formed about 5 years ago, enjoying coaching from some of the best UK saxophonists and chamber musicians including John Harle, Naomi Sullivan and Joy Farall and performing recitals and functions across the capital and a concerto appearance with the Guildhall Symphonic wind orchestra.

I really hope some of you can make it - tickets are £10 plus Eventbrite fee - £1.55 I think. It should be a thoroughly enjoyable evening!
If you want a little more info and tickets, please check out the event page here: Melos Saxophone Quartet at St Anne's Hoxton

Many thanks and look forward to hopefully seeing a few of you there!

Aidan
