I suspect that he wants it but she's not ready LOL.. my younger son a couple of hedgehogs as pets. They were a lot of fun.

Fortunately unlike the 2 guineau pigs who became a herd in a pen that mowed the rear lawn (at their height maybe 20 or so) they did not replicate.

We only have a small garden, but with lots of hiding places, and it's adjacent to a park. So we get hedgehogs every year. There are quite some rabbits as well. I have never installed a night vision camera though ... who knows what is going on at night! :p

This brazen french hedgehog must have been on the wine in Colmar and decided the dog biscuits would make a nice midnight feast

Mrs V. and I would like hedgehogs in the garden but we only get badgers and foxes.
Here in the cool, rural Borders we have foxes that take our chooks, stoats glimpsed up to monkey business and to our delight a pair of partridge that quickstep across the garden to urgent appointments beyond the hedge
