Tech/maintenance Haynes Saxophone Manual - an update

Me too. In film I used 35mm and 6x6 medium format, the latter pretty much forcing me to take my time. I have just purchased a used digital medium format camera, and although it's far more slick than my old mamiya film camera, it still encourages me to take care over the shot. I've only had it since Saturday, but so far have been delighted with it.

@Targa @Tenor Viol and others, maybe a new photography thread is called for?
Probably makes sense

I love the fact that some of you are using film! Around here, I can get 35mm stuff developed, but medium format?. Forget it.

Should mention we have some nice 35mm cameras in the house, as well as a very nice medium format, but they have been in a camera bag that hasn't been opened in years, since we switched to DSLR--well actually mirrorless, but you get the idea. 😉

Just arrived at my door,

In like new condition, I am stoked. :banana:This is the hard bound version.

Family members visiting, were required to jump in the pool, and have their picture taken, with my underwater 35mm Nikon.
On subsequent visits, they would ask, where are the photos?
My reply, hanging on the wall of whales.

...and if you thought making a book was hard,

try tracking an orchestra, mixing it half- decently, getting the mixes past 'Maestro'
then mastering the thing. Then you hand it off to video, who promptly
manages to compress it to -0.1dBfs and convert it to mono 22khz 12 bit....

would love a copy of the saxophone manual, Stephen...

Similar threads... or are they? Maybe not but they could be worth reading anyway 😀
