Hi Alan, you're right of course. I chose this month's SOTM and take responsibility for how 'saxophone friendly' (or not) it turned out to be. Starting late, I tried to post the SOTM by the end of the first week of Feb. If it was a bad choice then I can only apologise.Although there were a lot of tunes I would have liked to nominate in December I realized that some of them would not translate well to the saxophone so I thought it wise to choose a tune that is 'saxophone friendly' otherwise I'd end up with the month half over and not a take posted..😉
