Try playing lip out to train your embouchure and build up the muscles. It may be that you've out grown your mouthpiece or maybe you aren't practicing enough to maintain it.

I didn't want to say this, cos every time I do someone disagrees. Glad someone else thinks the same way.

Yes, I like this embouchure too. I think the best way to get it is to suck your thumb and then emulate that feeling with the mouthpiece instead.
