A high quality Bench Peg is a must for any repair bench. We chose aluminum and delrin for our bench peg materials and chamfered all the edges to help from marring necks and tenons. When mounting the peg in your bench use a 3/8" (9.5mm) drill bit.

Anyone had Zhenghao pads with the domed metal resonators, or just ordered the resonators alone?

Looking at these here: ZhengHao Music professional makeing woodwind accessories

I can order 100 resos for $20 shipped BUT I had some new chinese pads in in a bag ready to be fitted to a tenor I bought and the metal resos fitted are not a patch on the Music Medic ones.
The Chinese ones are thin hand-bendy things. Probably not an issue in reality as once fitted, how're they going to get bent!?

100 Music Medic domed metal resos would be around $65 dollars. Free delivery as I'm in the US next month.

Thanks for any insight into Zhenghao metal reso quality.

This is a warning to anyone who might be tempted to purchase from Zheng Hao Music. I did it successfully a couple of times in the past, then last June I placed another order with them. Some pads and tools. Then, as for my previous orders, I waited, and waited... Then I started to write emails asking what was going on after a month, then two, then three without any change in my order's status that's accessible online. NO ANSWER. NONE!

So, after a final email, I raised a case with Paypal and they just told me they credited my account since the supplier did not respond to the request to resolve the case.

Therefore, I'm sorry to announce that this supplier is obviously dead, or at the very least TOTALLY unreliable.

Now, if you feel an urge to place an order with them, you have been warned!

I'm now off to find a more reliable source, that will not break the bank, although as one of my friend told me once, "If you can't afford to go cheap, pay the price, you may not be disappointed".

I have not been disappointed before paying the price from renown suppliers. So I am considering following my friend's advise.

I have been purchasing from Zhenghao for a number of years and receiving my orders ? Some are a little slow but have always arrived and I like the price and quality. I have found the website to be wonky and the messages may not get through ?
