Thanks @kevgermany , I was wondering if I had to apologise for using the word 'euphemism' for something so obviously sceleratumnus (I too am easily distracted, by words as well as shiny things - today a BAII for £2300 - no food or shoes for ever)

We all have deaf ears.

And if I'd realised that I would need a dictionary to keep up, I'd still have joined. I used to do a lot of crosswords. And there are some new words in this thread.

Update!
Thank you all for your advice -especially @Stephen Howard, you gave me the courage to bargain.
So I am now the owner of a YTS275 (paid £640) AND have bought the Haynes manual, yay!
The horn definitely has 'issues' that were not described to me, but it's done now.🙂
