Wedding player...how much?

If idiots didn't waste so much money on weddings they'd be able to afford a house and stop whining about old people having all the money and stealing their children's future.
You must be mixing with the wrong young ones' i don't hear that from my kids, they are better off than me.

I occasionally do these gigs and my starting price is £275 for a gig within an hour of home, and that’s a fairly average starting price (and I’m in the South East). Don’t forget that most agency prices are including their commission (typically 20-30%). You’ll find an accurate price for your area by looking on Last Minute Musicians | Live Bands for Hire | Wedding Entertainment , they don’t charge commission as the acts pay an annual subscription fee.

Here in Austria, I‘m happy if I get €300,-
So get me a cheap flight

and I‘ll do the job....

Cheers, Guenne

Just checked soloists in the Merseyside area and the average was £150, with a few (extreme imho) at £400-£475.
