If I'm looking for chords for a contemporary song, I usually try the following (see link below). Songs are user input, so they might not be 100% correct, but you get chords partly aligned to the lyrics, so you know when the changes come. You can always compare with the other examples above to check if the chords are correct, bearing in mind, some chords might be scored alternatively.
At the top of the page you can click on 'Piano Chords' and it shows you how to play the chords in the song on a keyboard, (which can be useful). At the bottom of the page you can transpose the chords, so you have them for your sax.
I think there are some limitations to using the site unless you are a member. I've never joined, so don't know what they might be.
