Suggestions required.

First of all, let me thank you for your advice and I appreciate the care and dignity with which you considered the problem.
I tried the Nazoo. Unfortunately, prior to sneezing, one inhales deeply. The E&A staff at Mayday are still laughing.
Mike, I was trained by Edmundo Ros, mastered the Latin Shuffle but could never remember what came after "two".
Robert, Whittaker's geography was abysmal. Durham is on the Wear not the Tyne.
Last but not least, Sparrow. The item suggested was incompatible with both Suzette and footwear.
As the search is inconclusive so far, I shall continue with the tenor and flute and await further developments. What do you mean "Boo!"?
 
Obviously you'll need someone to turn it on and a seat or recliner would be required, otherwise I think this ticks all the boxes...

Sure I've seen footage of Jean Michel Jarre with one of these things.....
It's a sort of optical theramin...

At my age, suggesting a harp of any kind is in extremely bad taste.
