I did find a Bauhaus Walstein online, slightly out of budget but there was no option to buy like the others so I assume it was sold out

Just enjoy the day. Try and look at everything and try for a deal where you also get mouthpiece, reeds, sling, ligature and pull through swab for cleaning!
