Accessories Neck strap or harness?

Got a Cebulla for my bari, Robertos winds Superior brown leather strap for my slots and use a BG S10ESH neck strap on my tenor (I used to use it on my slots too, until I got the Robertos Winds strap.

All are comfy as... tried a neotech strap but it's just too bouncy.

What are "slots"?
