She hasn't been here for a while @KatiaF ??

I am getting the CafeSaxophone saxophones engraved here, but it will be a trade secret until after they are ready for retail, (NB: not the one in the video, we are using a different engraver and that one was done outside the UK

I have her lovely engraving on a neck.
She is probably too busy with engraving guns

I asked her about saxophones and she said she was not so sure because she doesn't have kind of jig big enough to hold one steady.

Yes, I recall. I guess your "secret" engraver will be too busy with the cafe sax to take on individual work anyhow?

Have to get me angle grinder out!

Hopefully, but there are other reasons also. He is currently not doing any work.

Reminds me of the Japanese Coy Carp design that tattooists use.. actually quite a few classic tattoo iamges would work well as bell engraving- though I suspect that Amsterdam company might have got there first with a few of them

Martin should have thought of having that sort of engraving on theirs.

That one is actually a Reed & Barton fish server:

As it happens, we are discussing engraving with a tattoo artist. But I wouldn't use "classic" tattoo designs, my own tattoo is quite unusual and far from traditional. My Granda had prison tatts though
